About the program
During this Innovation Bootcamp delivered by THNK School of Creative Leadership in collaboration with Schouten University of Applied Sciences, you will work with a variety of tried and tested tools to shape, structure, and optimize innovation within your organization. You will be challenged to learn by doing and to come up with new ideas and solutions in small groups.
You will also explore and develop your role as a creative leader and complete a unique self-assessment that will provide unique insights into your leadership ability when it comes to leading innovation for sustainable positive impact.
Experienced facilitators will provide theoretical frameworks and continuous feedback to help you discover your strengths and development opportunities.
You will leave the Innovation Bootcamp with a toolbox filled with concepts related to design thinking, business model innovation, reframing, and the Lean Startup methodology, to apply in your own organization. You will also leave with a deeper awareness of your role as a leader.

The bootcamps in November and March 2022 will take place in person. The bootcamp starting in December will take place online.
